Carrie has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, since her teens, and began teacher training in the Iyengar tradition in the 1990s while living in Perth, Western Australia. She trained in therapeutic massage at the Australian College of Natural Health Sciences and has been doing massage for over 10 years. When not doing yoga or massage, she teaches at the Colorado School of Mines and raises her 10-year-old son, Solomon, who was diagnosed with autism at a young age. Carrie brings a depth of life experiences to her practice and a variety of perspectives. She firmly believes that “yoga, meditation and massage are the fountain of youth!”
